Further Announcement and guidance for Hajj 2023

As per many questions and concerns we are delighted to announce that Moti tours and tourism will have representatives to accompany Pilgrims from UK to Saudi Arabia as guides through Hajj this year. The Saudi company (package organiser) has provided us packages to help guide the Pilgrims with the booking process , with the Grace of the Almighty we have been dealing in Travel and tourism and Hajj and Umrah services Since the Late 1980’s and we bring a wealth of experience and our Guides/Reps will help where they can to make your journey as peaceful as possible.

Our Important obligations and Pilgrim information (which many companies will not advise)

1. Our representative’s role is solely to be the bridge the gap between the Saudi company (package organiser) and the Pilgrim and to support, guide and help the pilgrim so the process is smoother for both the Saudi company (package organiser) and the pilgrim.
2. We are not liable for any services, arrangements or payments as The Saudi Hajj Company has booked the Flight, hotels, transportation, food and also the services for 5 days of hajj and they have also loaded all the packages on the Nusuk Portal (approved by Ministry of Hajj) and they have their own ground handling teams in both Makkah and Madinah.
3. We have no control and do not take any responsibility for any packages booked, services provided, payments or other issues that arise here or in Saudi Arabia, we only provide guides/reps to help resolve any issues that are faced along the journey to make it smooth as possible.

Process of booking – * please note all Processes can change at any time by The Ministry of Hajj *

Step 1 – To be considered for Hajj you need to register for Hajj via the Nusuk site (an online dedicated portal for Hajj developed by the Ministry of Hajj)
Step 2 – Email us your choice of package form below
Step 3 – we will send you link (Click Link >>> Select package >>>> make payment directly to Ministry of Hajj)

Payments

1. Any payments will be subject to international transfer fees.
2. Payment mode online will be Credit card payments alternatively you can visit the Saudi embassy where they will have a Tasheer counter to collect Cash payments – (passengers must visit in person nobody can pay on their behalf)
3. Mistry of Hajj does not allow us to take any payments or involve in any transactions with the customer, therefor we are not liable for any transactions.

Our Guides/Representatives Important obligations and Pilgrim information

1. Our role is Solely to be the bridge between the Saudi company and support, guide and help the pilgrim in the process. (Our aim is to make the process smoother for the Saudi company and Pilgrim, we are not liable for any services as The Saudi Hajj Company has booked the hotels, transportation the 5 days of hajj tents and has its own ground handling teams to handle the whole journey.
2. We do not take any responsibility for any services, payments or issues that arise in Saudi Arabia, our guides main aim is to resolve any issues that are faced.
